PRE-CONTRACT ESTIMATING

Clarity of information is paramount during the tendering process, especially when it comes to the numbers. At INTOS, we use CCS Candy to build our accurate, transparent and reliable estimates. This allows us to tell a story with our numbers, accounting for every last penny. Businesses often price their projects using a very complex spreadsheet, frequently resulting in errors and not providing them with the ease of access that our service brings. Our estimating skills combined with our ability to present data opens new doors for our clients, streamlining their processes and taking away some of the unnecessary stresses of the tendering process.

Detailed breakdowns of the resource type (labour, plant, material, subcontract) and trade types (mechanical, electrical, civils...)  can be seen within Candy, displayed in easily readable graphics, allowing quicker, more informed decisions to be made by our clients. We understand that not all of our client staff will have access to Candy and therefore will not be able to see the data outside of a PDF report. Due to this, we now offer a bespoke dashboard building service that integrates with CCS Candy - giving our clients access to the information they need. (Please see the generic dashboard below - this can be tailored to your requirements, including company branding).

Our estimating service can also be integrated with our deep understanding of statistics to provide an extremely robust estimate to include in your tender response. We are able to run a Monte Carlo Analysis based on uncertainty in which confidence intervals are obtained, reinforcing the estimates we produce.  Including this advanced analysis within a tender response can really demonstrate to a client that you are the company of choice - every time.
